Shipping policy
SHIPPING
We offer free shipping on all Domestic orders totaling $100 or more.
All orders ship within 1-2 business days, pending availability and credit card verification. Once an order has been placed, it can not be adjusted or canceled. During high sale times such as holidays or launch days, processing time may be extended to 3-5 business days.
You will receive an email with tracking information after your order has been shipped. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days, please contact us.
Please note we do not ship on weekends and/or holidays.
OVERNIGHT SHIPPING
Orders must be placed before 12 p.m. MST to qualify for overnight shipping. If you place an order after 12 p.m. MST, your order will be processed to go out the next business day.
WRONG ADDRESS
If you accidentally provided the incorrect shipping address on your order, please contact us as soon as possible to update. Provided your order is still in processing and has not shipped, we will update the address. If your order has already shipped, unfortunately, will not be able to correct the address and stop delivery.
MISSING PACKAGES
We are not responsible once the package is in the hands of the carrier.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you cannot find it, please verify the shipping address. Look for a notice of attempted delivery and/or see if someone else accepted the delivery on your behalf. In rare cases, packages may say delivered up to 36 hours before arrival.
Please note we are unable to replace or refund merchandise confirmed as delivered.
